Bill came out to my home to install a transfer switch so I could run a generator if there was an emergency. He gave an estimate before starting the work, redesigned the system so it would save us over $600.00. That really helped since I am on a fixed income. After doing the work his office called the following day to make sure I was happy. I know very little about electricity other than hiring the right company for the job! Ben Franklin Electric gets 5 stars. I will be passing your name out to everyone I know.

During the storm that cause hail damage, my home had roof problem and I started having problems with my electricity. It seemed that half of my house wasn’t working. I friend referred Ben Franklin Electric, so I gave them a call. Bill came out the same day, well at night around 9 o’clock. He was very busy and I was told that from my friend that referred Ben Franklin Electric. I was just so happy that he came the same day. The end result was no problems in my home, it was Xcel Energy. Bill wired things in my breaker box so I could have heat again. Bill called Xcel Energy for me, and they came out 2 hours later. He a very hard working young man and I thank him for making time for me.
